The Call for Sites is now closed.
As well as setting out planning policies that will apply to development proposals, the South Warwickshire Local Plan will also meet our development needs by identifying new sites for development, and protecting existing sites, as appropriate. To help us do this we are issuing a ‘call for sites'. This is an opportunity to submit site suggestions for development and land use for consideration through the South Warwickshire Plan process. Sites deemed suitable may then be allocated in the plan.
The deadline for call for sites submissions was at 5pm on Monday 21 June 2021.
What are we looking for?
We are keen to hear about sites that could be used for development (e.g. Housing, Employment, Leisure/Community, Gypsies and Travellers and infrastructure) as well as sites that you think should be protected (e.g Open Space)
We only want to hear about sites that are larger than 0.4 hectares / 1 acre in size. If you have previously put forward a site, please be aware that we will need you to submit the site again as this is a new plan.
If you have a site to put forward please complete the Call for Sites Form:
and either email or post to ONE Council.

Please note that your response will be shared between both Councils. Please read the full Privacy Notice for the South Warwickshire Local Plan to see how we will use your data.
